What is AgentCorp?
AgentCorp is Workforce-as-a-Service. You hire AI agents — an executive assistant named Alex plus specialists for sales, finance, and marketing — and direct them in plain language to do real work across your tools. See the getting started guide.
Which agents can I hire right now?
Alex (executive assistant and orchestrator), Sam (sales/CRM), Riley (finance), and Taylor (marketing) are live. More specialists are coming soon and appear on your team as they launch.
Do I have to choose which agent to talk to?
No. You talk to Alex, and Alex coordinates the specialists behind the scenes. You will see each agent’s name on the work they do, but you only ever direct one interface.
Can agents send emails or take actions on my behalf?
Yes, but sensitive or outbound actions pause for your approval first. You see the real recipient and the full message body before anything sends — details in the user guide.
How do I talk to my agents besides the web app?
Connect WhatsApp to message Alex from your phone, or use the desktop app. Notifications reach you on the channels you set up. See integrations.
Can agents use my company's documents?
Yes — upload documents and facts to your knowledge base and every agent can use them for context, so you do not have to repeat yourself.
Billing
How does pricing work?
A monthly plan bundles credits and seats: Pro is $250/mo (1,000 credits, 3 seats) and Growth is $1,000/mo (5,000 credits, 15 seats), with custom Scale and Agency tiers. Compare them in the pricing guide.
Is there a free trial?
Every new workspace gets 100 free credits with no credit card required, so you can run real tasks before choosing a plan.
What is a credit?
Roughly one agent action. Everyday requests spend a handful; heavier operations like deep research cost more. The billing guide explains metering in full.
What happens if I run out of credits?
New billable work pauses and the API returns an HTTP 402. Your data and settings are untouched. Add a top-up ($25/$50/$100) or upgrade, and agents resume immediately.
Where do I find invoices and update my card?
In the Stripe Customer Portal, linked from the billing screen. You can download invoices and receipts, change your payment method, and manage your plan there.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at your next renewal so you keep what you have paid for this period.
Security & privacy
Can other companies see my data?
No. Data is isolated per workspace at the database level with row-level security — one tenant physically cannot read another’s rows. See the workspace guide.
Is my data used to train AI models?
Not without explicit, written opt-in consent. Your organizational data is yours; the privacy policy is the authoritative statement.
How are integrations secured?
Connections use OAuth, so AgentCorp never sees your passwords, you grant only the scopes you choose, and you can revoke access anytime. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
How do I report a security issue?

Working with agents
Why did an agent stop and say it hit a step limit?
Long tasks have a ceiling on how many steps they take in one run, as a safety and cost guardrail. The agent stops gracefully and reports progress; just ask it to continue. See troubleshooting.
Can I trust the output without checking it?
Agents are capable but not infallible. Verify anything consequential — facts, figures, names — before it matters. Our AI best practices guide shows how to get reliable results.
Is there an API?
Yes, with an org-scoped auth model. Programmatic use beyond the documented API requires consent. See the API reference and developer guide.
