Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AgentCorp's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service. These terms apply to all users, including operators, administrators, and any other persons who access the platform.
2. Description of Service
AgentCorp provides a workforce-as-a-service (WaaS) platform that gives businesses access to specialized AI agents for tasks including but not limited to sales operations, financial analysis, document processing, CRM management, and analytics. The platform is provided on a subscription basis with credit-based usage.
3. Account Registration and Security
You must create an account to access the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. AgentCorp reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to generate, store, or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or violates the rights of any third party. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service. Automated use beyond the documented API is prohibited without prior written consent.
5. Data Ownership and Privacy
You retain full ownership of any data you submit to AgentCorp. We do not use your data to train models without explicit, written opt-in consent. By submitting data, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
6. Credits, Billing, and Subscriptions
Access to AI agent capabilities is metered via a credit system. Credits are consumed per request. Subscription tiers include a monthly credit allowance. Unused credits do not roll over unless specified in your plan. All charges are final and non-refundable except where required by law or where AgentCorp has caused a service failure.
7. Availability and Uptime
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AgentCorp may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. In the event of service degradation caused by our infrastructure, affected credits will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
AgentCorp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue or data, arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Modifications to Terms
AgentCorp reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection statutes.
